I don’t generally write reviews though I felt compelled to write one as I had such a good experience with M.R Drains after such bad experiences with other drain companies, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We contacted MR Drains Ltd and spoke with a their reception team who advised the person we needed to speak to was on the other line, but he’d call back within 5 minutes, which he did.
We now have no water ingress and fully operational drains with a ten year warranty. Matt was very user friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be recommending him to others.
